It depends on complexity and how many stakeholders need to sign off, but most projects run ~12 weeks from briefing to delivery. We're used to pharma timelines - long silences followed by "we need this by Friday" - so please do tell us your real deadline and we'll tell you honestly if it's doable.

It varies a lot depending on length, style (2D vs 3D), and how much is genuinely novel versus reusable. We'd rather give you an honest ballpark on a call than a number that doesn't mean anything out of context - get in touch and we'll scope it properly.

Often, yes - it's one of the better reasons to invest properly in an MoA or MoD piece. A single production can yield chapter cut-downs for different audiences, stills for slide decks and detail aids, and 3D assets that get reused in interactive tools or booth experiences. We plan for this at the brief stage.

Enough to get it right. We build review rounds into the schedule at script, storyboard, and animation stages, so changes happen when they're cheap to make rather than after everything's animated.

Yes - if you've got existing visual assets, brand colour palettes for molecules or pathways, or a house style from previous materials, we'll work within them rather than starting from a blank page.

MLR review is integral to our process. We share scripts, storyboards, and cuts at stages where your reviewers can actually comment meaningfully - not just at the end when changing anything means starting again. If your MLR process has its own quirks, tell us early and we'll work around them.

Accuracy starts with the team. Many of our animators hold biological sciences degrees or Masters, so they understand the science they're animating, not just the brief describing it. Every script is checked by our Medical Director, who holds a PhD, and everything we produce comes with a full reference pack so your MLR reviewers can trace every claim back to its source. Fusion's combined expertise also means we can flag early on which parts of a brief will be hardest to represent accurately - before they become a problem in the storyboard.

Yes, as standard. Unannounced compounds, undisclosed indications, pre-approval data - we work with this routinely and sign whatever confidentiality agreement you need before anything is shared.
